We recently had the pleasure of hosting Jessica for a series of Wellbeing sessions at our studio, and we were absolutely impressed by her depth of knowledge and expertise. Jessica’s approach is incredibly well-rounded, incorporating techniques that help students of all ages feel calm, confident, and mentally prepared—both in their dance and cheer careers and in life. Her ability to present new ideas and thought-provoking questions challenged our students in a meaningful way.
We are so grateful for her invaluable wisdom and are thrilled to have had the opportunity to work with her.

I can't thank you enough for the wonderful sessions you ran yesterday with the children. I was determined to find some time to pop in and for what I saw I was very impressed. I took a few ideas away for myself. You definitely have so many wonderful skills and
we would love to have you again.
Secondary School Students
We want to say thank you for your time and patience with us this morning. We appreciated your time and commitment to us girls today, we learnt not only how important fitness and taking care of ourselves is but what is best and nutritious for our bodies. We really enjoyed the session and are hoping to cross paths again in the future.
Secondary School Student
Thank you so much for coming and answering our questions. I walked out of this session with so much knowledge and a better understanding of how to take care of my body from the inside out.
Students
Thank you Jess for coming to our school. She brought so much energy and knowledge to our class which is very useful for our everyday lives being teenagers. It’s been a stressful time because of our upcoming exams and Jess helped take some of the stress away and help relax our minds. She helped make us confident about ourselves and learn that everyone is different and has their personal struggles and strengths which is ok.
Secondary School Teacher
Watching Jess in our class today was truly inspiring. She made the students feel heard, valued and safe as they asked questions about their bodies, participated in a range of physical activities, and celebrated moving their bodies. Jess is an open book and allows the students to be themselves. Thank you, Jess, our girls NEED this education.
